Return & Refund Policy
At A Food Studio, we maintain strict quality control standards. However, in rare cases where issues arise, the following return and refund policies apply:
Returns:
Returns will be considered only upon immediate inspection of the product at the time of delivery.
If a return is requested, a clear video proof or valid evidence of the issue (e.g., tampering, incorrect or damaged item) must be recorded and presented at the time of delivery or within a reasonable period immediately after.
Returns will not be accepted if the issue is reported after the product has been used or kept for a prolonged period.
In case of any delay in reporting or returning the product, A Food Studio will not be liable for any damages or quality issues that occur thereafter.
Refunds:
Refunds are not automatic.
A refund will be initiated only after a thorough internal review and approval by the responsible management team, based on mutual understanding with the customer.
We reserve the right to deny any refund that does not meet our verification and approval criteria.
